Summer Strength Challenge
Sonia Morris has started the Summer Strength Challenge. This program is free to our members. If you have the time, desire, and are full of energy, you are welcome to join the class. There will be a new workout plan each week and you will also get homework for your workout.
We train every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the dance studio.
