Prizes:
1st prize: one year membership to BODY’N’SOUL+ in Port Hawkesbury
2nd prize: a 6-month membership to BODY’N’SOUL+ in Port Hawkesbury
3rd prize: a 3-month membership at BODY’N’SOUL+ in Port Hawkesbury

How are the winners determined?
Not only the absolute weight loss in kilograms is scored, but also the relative one (i.e. what percentage of the initial weight one has lost). In addition, the reduction of the body fat percentage is taken into account.
 
Who is eligible to participate?
Registration at the gym with recording of the relevant body measurements at the beginning of participation (any day from March 1st, 2022) and at the end of the competition at the end of the year 2022.
The final evaluation will include all those who have been members of BODY’N’SOUL+ for at least 6 months during 2022 or who have purchased memberships for at least 6 months in 2022.

How does BODY’N’SOUL+ support your weight loss?
In a nutshell: increase activity, make sensible changes in eating and drinking.
By offering a wide range of cardio and strength equipment, as well as easy-to-implement food tips, we boost your project.

We are pleased to announce that as of Monday, February 28, we will no longer require proof of vaccination from our members and non-members. The Body`’N’Soul+ team welcomes all our members.
Our hygiene concept will be maintained until further notice so that each of our members can feel safe and comfortable. Fit for March break

We are getting closer and closer to March break and you don’t feel fit enough?! No problem, visit our sports classes with Marsha, Mary or Sonia. Or use our sports equipment in the gym, from cardio to strength training, there is a lot you can do.
Let’s get ready for spring, we are ready for our bathing suit or bikini.

Squash or Raquetball?

We need your help to make things happen!
Are you ready and interested in a funny, exhausting, fast but also good workout? Would you like to get a whole workout in within 20 minutes? Squash is a really fast game, with lots of fun and you can play also with 3 people at the same time. Racquetball is a game that is slower and don’t takes you as much breathe as squash. Quote: Squash burns more calories than racquetball, so you could say racquetball is an easier workout. This is primarily because the rallies in squash are longer and kill shots are not as common in squash.
